Title: Scooter Spotting

I wonder, can they park all 3 in one pay per spot beach parking?
(that was the total number of scooters which I saw in 2018, in Ohio)

who parks their scooter in a space?
On this side anywhere you can stuff it works. As long as it doesnâ€™t block a sidewalK.

(also, daughter was pounding the back of my head while I was spectating)
