So back ten years ago or so I used to know my way around the Yamaha hogs and such. Never tinkered with the liquid cooled scooters though. Just bought a 2005 Kymco super 9, runs about 50mph and feels like it has some more to it. Not the quickest on take off, and feels a little weak in the mid range. Plan to start with a variator kit and a pipe and go from there. Can anyone recommend a variator or some other mods possibly?? All input is greatly appreciated. I’m not looking to run 100 mph or anything, just want a quick take off and be able to have some fun!!

To be clear, you're getting 50mph out of a 14 yr old stock 50cc Kymco scooter?
Thanks

wasn’t asking if you believe it. If you ever owned a super9 you’d know they’re pretty quick bikes!
