Yep, that’s it. If you haven’t dug in to it yet, you will need to take all of the body plastic off. And take notes/pictures of wire routing.
I had my carb out at the time ( put in the 19mm one from Monster) and it seemed to help with dealing woth the starter.

*** UPDATE *** Ok guys i finally got it to start!!!! R these auto chokes anygood??? Anyway if i crank it with throttle wide open for roughly a min or so it will start smoke a bit and i have to keep it half throttle or more to keep it running.. wont even try to start with no throttle. So i assume i need to pull carb? Ill research cleaning one never messed with one. Thanks guys!!

Sounds like either the electric hoke is bad, carb needs cleaning, or both.

Yea i just ordered a new one. Im gonna research a bit on this and give it a go tom cleaning it and see. It did sit for a couple yrs so im sure carb is messed up i would think anyway. 2010 with 100 miles on it

Thanks bud appreciate that. Well verdict is in on a like new mint condition 2010 agility with 100 miles. Motor is no good. 52 psi on compression test. Just hard to believe with only 100 miles which is why i didnt check it till i ran out of options. So since ive never did a rebuild on a scooter any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Should i pull the motor and tear it down all the way? Do i leave it in and maybe just tear top end apart? I wanna do this the right way since it only has 100 miles and is in new condition i for sure want to do a good rebuild where Ill have a great running motor for awhile. After doing a quick search there are so many rebuild kits but i havent come across a complete one say top and bottom also which - what - and where should i purchase my rebuild kit? Thanks for all your help everyone. Much appreciated.

I wouldn't order parts until I knew what caused the low compression. Piston rings, head gasket, valves? You can diagnose this by removing the head and cylinder without removing the engine. Plenty of youtube videos on this. 50cc GY6 motors are so similar that a video of installing a GY6 BBK will guide you adequately. Don't confuse this with the GY6 150.

Gotcha. Ok so ill leave it in then. I was wondering about the bottom end - crank - brgs etc. but of there is no need then that will save me some time. Ill watch some gy6 videos then tear into it.
