I spoke to a woman at Kymco USA and got the name of two Kymco dealers who ship direct. I've ordered a part from Chapmoto. The guy seemed very knowledgeable, but I'll let you know how it actually turns out.
Here are the two companies she told me about:
Chapmoto.com (California)
and
VarsityCycle.net (Florida)
I hope this works out cause I'd like to have an online source I can count on.
