Does anyone know the dimensions of, or better yet, where to buy a set of fork seals and dust caps for the Yager 200? I've scoured the internet, and it seems like replacing the entire fork was the solution back when you could get parts for these things.
Before anyone suggests it, no, I do not want to put brake fluid in the forks. All I want is a new set of fork seals and dust caps.

I enjoy answering my own questions. After searching far and wide, and on Ebay in other countries, it looks like the fork seal and dust cap are a fairly standard size that you can get from any Honda dealer, or for next to nothing from China. I ordered some from Honda, because I figure that if I am going to take the time to remove the forks and replace the seals and dust caps, I can splurge and spend an extra $15 to put in good quality parts, so I don't have to do it again soon. When they come in and I try to install them, I will share whether or not they fit.

No need to struggle looking for elusive o-rings and seals. Just go to a hydraulics supplier, there's at least one in every town, example: http://www.sealsonline.com/fluidseal/en/48-o-rings. (http://www.sealsonline.com/fluidseal/en/48-o-rings.) I prefer to go in person because the techs can tell you what it is just by looking at it.

How did the Honda fork seals work out, any update?

The seals would have worked out, but I couldn't figure out how to take the forks apart. I ordered new fork tubes from Kymco late in June, and they finally showed up today.

Do you have the part numbers for the Honda seals that you were going to use?
