I bought this 2014 super 8 150 from a friend, its had a Yoshi pipe and the right jet upgrades to the carb. The first time I rode it I got about 2 miles and it went dead turned over a few times then stopped turning over, not like the battery went dead just stopped. Another find came by, but before I could get the jumper cables on, I tried it and it started up and I drove it back home. So now Everytime it goes dead usually it will continue to turn over, but occasionally not, but if I wait 15 minutes, it'll start back up and I can drive it home, I've replaced the cdi and the ignition coil, it still does the same thing. Any suggestions?

Heat-test pickup/trigger/pulsar coil . . video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54mNJaAleCo).

If deficient, search Ebay for a GY6 replacement (https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=gy6+trigger+coil&_sacat=0&_sop=15) . . should be able to splice in without having to remove flywheel.
