Title: (Derestrict) Kymco super 8 11 2T

I have a Kymco super 8 2T (KF 10CA)
Fixed Variator Boss and Exhaust System (Blind Tube and Exhaust Clean) Exhaust cleaning was not even connected from the factory.
Coming up to about 58 km / h, but it has to get it to be even more alert?

Have had another Kymco 2T before and it went much faster with the original cylinder.

Do any one have advice to give me?

Is the clutch that slow that it does not go faster than 60km / h? Tried 6gr weights but was no difference. I know, it can go faster.

I have a 2011 Super 8 50 2T with no modifications that I know of.  It does about 55.5 kph on flat roads.  What did your bike do before the smooth boss and the exhaust mod?

It did 45 km/h, feels like it has more to give but it refuses to go faster than 58-60km/h on a flat road.
