Nice video but it again shows that North Americans in general just doesn't see the scooter as an everyday vehicle or as a serious vehicle at all. Also the way our cities are set up it goes against the scooter and more towards larger displacement motorcycles. And realistically only the bottom third of the continent is capable of scooter riding everyday. And even then cities are so spred out that its only a 150 or larger thats safe.
