Lumber, bolts and a boat winch!
Guy over on the pcx forum built this.
Looks whole lot less tippy than the metal ones I've seen.

Also works as a work bench....without the scoot!

Now, THAT is genius! Bet that was a lot less than buying one from Harbor Freight!
