Hi everyone i have kymco agility 50 2005 model was doing 32 mph and about 100 miles gallon in petrol. I have put new belt on and un restrictions variator also.. Before speed was 56 kmh max .. Now speed is 80 kmh. On flat road its 50cc will it use more fuel as i travel 50 miles per day to work i don't thrash it and it now revs les for 58 kmh speed . Thank you everyone im new to forum . Kymco agility 50 4t..

I would imagine that if you are driving the same speed as before but at lower rpm's, your fuel consumption would be better. But if I was in your position and could now go faster, I'd likely go faster (at higher rpm's) and my fuel economy would worsen.

You're doing 80Kph with a 4 stroke 50cc scooter?!
Could you please give us the details of each of your various modifications?
Any idea of what revs you are now cruising at?......and for how many months you've been riding at this engine speed?
Thanks, Stig.

Hi Stig all i have done is fit racing variator kit with 8gram weights . Change main jet to 84. New air filter. And castrol magnitec 10 40 oil. Bike has done about a thousand miles since mod. Will sit at 75 kph on flat road. 80 kph slightly down hill. But very slow up hill... May do a 72 cc upgrade. Only for hill climbing help. Bikes very reliable. 2005 model. 24k miles. On it. Will post my findings. On 72cc upgrade..

Forgot to mention revs not as hard now except down hill. Fuel economy definitely better. As i don't thrash it everywhere 10 miles to work and same home. On level roads. 55 /60 kph. And engine revs quite a bit lower than before mod. Thanks for reading my findings.
