Hey guys, I have a 2014 50X. The display is not working. I have turn and high beam indicators working but no speedo or anything on the screen. I checked the two fuses at the battery and connections to the guage. Are there any other fuses for the display or anything I'm missing? Anyone else have this problem and fixed it?
Thanks!

Probably a connector to the LCD display has some corrosion on the pins and sockets. Trace the cable(s) coming from the display box to the connector(s) that will be there somewhere and unplug them, treat liberally with silicone dielectric grease and plug them back together. Let us know what results.

I've done just that to all connectors behind the head light, disconnected, sprayed with electrical cleaner the dialectic great. Tonight I'll dig further under the seat and plastics for other connectors.
Anyone have a wiring diagram so I can check continuity? I've had a hard time finding parts for this online, seems older ones is easier but newer microphice are hard to come by.

Is the backlight lit for the screen?

No, screen is completely blank. Only indicators around the outside are working.

Got a multimeter?

Got a multimeter?
Absolutely I do, I just need to find a wiring harness microphice or a test sequence. Thanks for your help. I will make a video on my channel to help others in the future.

It's actually a 2016 display looks like this

That picture confirms what I found on the web for that model. Should be able to eliminate with the multimeter the leads that go to the stuff that works. A wiring diagram is always helpful but sometimes hard to get.

Ok so here is an updated because my goal in life is to never leave a post unfinished :) nothing more annoying.
The display is bad internally, if I hit it it flickers on but the info that is showing is boggled up. As far as I can find a new display is around $150. The problem is Kymco will not update their parts info for the dealers so although it says "2012 and newer" it shows the dial display in the computer.
I called the Kymco US warehouse and they said no idea when it will be update and just blew me off to talk to a dealer.
Oh well, don't want a scooter that is this difficult to get parts or info for so it's up for sale.
Thanks guys for the help, I will be putting a starter rebuild video up on my channel if anyone needs it.

Sorry it worked out like this that Kymco so blunt and un-helpful. Awaiting your video! How we know it's you?
