Title: Or, "How not to"
Post by: Stig / Major Tom on March 02, 2019, 06:47:20 PM
You ever forget where your parked and have to take the bus home but you can't get in because you left your keys in the car?
Well, I haven't yet.

But, while installing some LEDs in my Liberty taillight assembly - I found that none of the 4 new bulbs worked!
Put the old bulbs in - they worked.
Driving back across town to the parts store I suddenly remembered - what?

What did I remember about LED scooter bulbs??

Yep,
The dumb things are directionally sensitive! How the deuce did I manage to put 4 bulbs in up-side-down! Don't know - but I did!
I stopped and rewarded myself with a cup of Tim's - parked where I could see my car - so it wasn't a complete bust.

Wedge bulb LEDs not working? - turn them over.

Don't feel bad Stig.  I once installed a directional tire backward and the thing wouldn't roll.  Darndest thing.
