Title: U.K. Police & scooter thieves

Riders who commit crimes while riding scooters in the U.K. are being dealt with by a specially trained police unit.
Scooter mounted crimes by youths are a real problem - especially in London.

This must be one of the special unit cars. He has unseated 9 scooter riding thieves so far.

I guess Vespas and other primo scooters and motorcycles are stolen so often that some have given up trying to own one in London.
