What is this black part? I have some oil leakage on the plug on this?

that is the oil pan inside is the water pump oil pump and stator,  buy the gasket and some liquid gasket smeer it on the gasket   I did both sides,  torque the small bolts , they break easy,  Oh you buy two small O rings for in side you will see them when it is open,  they are easy to mash,   good luck with the job,  de dee

If your picture points to the large, round (about 1.25 inches diameter) cap with a screw slot in the center of a 4 inch diameter, round cover, that takes an o-ring. Real easy to fix.
