Also saw a photo of him riding a Royal Enfield in town....wears a helmet on the Enfield.

Well, he has a platinum VISA in that bag ....and this is mostly a 25mph village.
I tried to give Tim one my old reflective & hi viz vests to wear as he bicycles into town every day at sunrise. Never seen him use it. He bikes in the dark on a 55mph road.
