Post by: Stig / Major Tom on January 09, 2019, 01:51:23 PM
Glad I got that ride in yesterday (and the wash and 90mins on garage floor with the ACF-50 can)....temp dropped 30 degrees overnight....light snow falling.
Got to get them when you can!

The Missenden Flyer over on youtube always talks about the ACF 50, swears by it for protecting his bikes during the long English winters. Does it work as well as people say?

I have used it on Piaggio, Honda, Suzuki and Kymco scooters and on Yamaha & Honda motorcycles....with good results. Recommend the pump spray and soft 2" or 3" paint brush to work it into tight areas.
I would have to leave one bike unprotected for a damp, salty winter or two to give a better comparison.
So, I make this effort with the product as it seems the most highly recommended.
It is time consuming and messy.....and has an odor for a few rides as it cooks. But I find that to be a reassuring smell.
