Title: do i need to replace my tires?

downtown 300 2014

maxxis ipro

the front tire is 3 years old.
the back one is 2 year old.
the previous owner replace them i dont know when..

do i need to replace them?

Noticed a similar checking in my 2 year old tires (Vee Rubber) while prepping a scoot for a trip to the Black Hills.  No checking on sidewalls near the bead.

It was a mad rush to replace the tires right before leaving.  I would not accept the risk of tire failure on the curvy, mountain roads I was going to be traveling.

The few dollars I spent on tire replacement pales in comparison to something else I value much higher.  YMMV.

Yes. I mixed tire brands on my original DT300i. The rear tire has greater heat stress and should be replace first in your situation, judging by your pictures. Better to replace both as soon as possible.

I mixed tyre brands many times on different motorcycles before, and never experienced any problem. Should not cause any problems on scooters either.

i think a will take PIRELLI DIABLO ROSSO SCOOTER for the front and the back.
its about 100 usd for each.
