Title: Super 9 battery?

  Does anyone know if Autozone or Walmart might have a battery for a 2004 Super 9?

 Iv'e heard wallmart carries one there pretty generic.

I belive your scoot takes a 5 lb. battery . $35.00 at walmart with trade in . Good luck .

The Super 9 takes a *TX7-BS (where * can be any number of letters, depending on the manufacturer). 7 = ampere-hours.

  I got a new battery and the headight still doesn't seem right.The dash light seems low too,everything is running fine other than that.Maybe my generator is going bad...I guess it's a generator.Anyway what else could it be and how hard is it to get to and replace the genorator or whatever the equivalent part is? Maybe the 55 watt bulb is pulling it down,as was the Halogen?

 Check the rectifier thay are known to go bad and cheaper and easyer to do than the stator(generator) If the gen was going it would affect all the bike and spark to the plug.

  Well folks it seems the new battery must have did the trick.I guess after charging it works better lol.The headlight is much better now with the standard bulb.

Hi-in regards to changing the wattage of the bulb-can it be done? what is the stock wattage? I would feel better at night with a brighter lamp with a longer beam. Any ideas? thanks. maybe i should just slow down a bit. probably won't happen.
