Title: blowing 15 amp fuse

hi all new to this forum and have a problem with my people one it keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse on start up and while riding.it has engine managment light flashing 7 times whick i found means DRIVE LEVER NOT RESETING.so my question is what and where is a drive lever.thanks in advance for any ideas

What country are you in?
No such thing as a drive lever on a scooter ....does your scooter have a kick starter, by chance?
Think you need to persue other translations of whatever manual you used for explanation of those code blinks.
Again, what country?

thank for the quick reply.im in the uk and no it does not have a kickstart. i will try another site for  blink codes.thank again
