Title: people 50 2t deristricted boss installed

i installed a deristricted boss with no shoulder on it and got the scooter up t 41 mph!!!  looking for more speed, should i go with different roller weights or should i look at bigger carb jets, new air intake and exhaust?  any help would be great. thanks

You need a bigger jet in the carb, definitely. The one it came with is way too lean. My Agility came with the smooth boss, an 82 jet (bigger anyway) the dealer had no idea what they were for. Me, neither until I got on this forum!

As I understand it, mach65 went from 30 mph to 41 mph just by changing bosses.  Is this correct?

yes!!!!  blew me away but yes that is a fact, went from 29/30 mph to 40/41 mph by changing the boss..........

anyone with the NCY exhaust pipe?
