Don't know about that, but since I started riding a scooter to work every day, there do seem to be a lot of riders now amongst my neighbors.
6:30 am and still fully dark out and watched a youngster ride off to school or work, fully geared up, on a quiet sport bike. I count 4 bikes and 2 more scooters being ridden nearby our house since I bought my Kymco.
Know for a fact the 2 scooters were purchased because of me. They told me so ----a red and a black pair of LIKE200i's !
So, good to think that I can still set a bad example!

Interesting to note that only the middle aged HD rider goes without a helmet.

Seeing a bunch more around this neck of the wold as well this year, maybe things are looking up for scoot'n?
