i was riding home stopped for train when i started to go it only ran on one cylnder i limped home compression checked out good valves setting good has good spark when i turn it over to start there is a deep throaty sound from exhaust ?

Need more info  , I loved that bike when it was in the US ..  Did you do all the easy stuff first ?   Look and  see if the coil to that cylinder is working  , spark , look at the plug etc ...

If you've got good compression and good spark, you're looking at fuel most likely.

ya got spark compression but when i turn it over it sounds different then it did before

Does the Venox have a single carburetor? Or two?
