From Amazon in 3 days..

Brought it to a full charge...

The LIKE200i battery is beneath the floor under your feet.
The battery cover is fastened by 3 phillips screws - a flatblade screwdriver will pop the cover off.

I replaced my old battery with a 230cca battery which is 5mm taller than the stock battery. I cut 5mm off the hold down posts on the underside of the battery cover - then my new larger battery slid in with no issues.

10mm socket removes the terminal screws (NEG. first!), then I used a spring puller hook to pull up the old battery.

I checked my cell phone photo of the starting positions of all the parts, then...
I applied dielectric lubricant to all the connection pieces and attached the POS. leads, then the NEG. leads.

Fastened the battery cover in place - and started the scooter. The increasingly noticeable hesitation at start from the old battery these past 6 mos. - was gone. It fired instantly - as it had for years!

The black wire trailing off left is for the battery tender. I made a thin pad from rebond foam to cushion in the bottom of the battery box.

Stig gets my vote to write the new owner's and service manuals! He gets to illustrate as well!
