Honda has announced the return of the Cub model to the US. It will be a 125cc model with 4 speed gearbox and ABS, price will be around $3599.

This is an interesting addition to the Honda 125cc family.  Don't know the specs, but assuming it's got decent suspension and brakes, will run ~60 mph, and gets great gas mileage, they're gonna sell 'em by the boatload.  Can't wait to see one in the flesh.  Good move, Honda.

Yeah I have to agree this could be a big seller for Honda. The fact that there are lots of established dealers and easy maintenance due to the open engine design. By the way it will be offered with the option of a pillion seat for a passenger.
