Title: This ain't Key West!

All that's missing is his flip-flops.
Rides up to my coffee shop - no gear.
Worse, he rides off out of town one handed on a 55mph state highway.
Even worse, NO cup of real coffee has a bleedin' straw sticking out of it!

He may be in trouble but if I had a buck for all the China scoots I’ve seen with 10k on them I’d buy a new kymco.......

Talked with a fellow fishing in St Pete while astride his Chinese 250 scooter. He just said it works for him. He had 12,500 miles on it and it still looked fine.
That is more miles than most northeners will ever put on any scooter. Sold me on 'em, so I bought a Chinese LIKE200i.

I live in Malaysia and I assure you that guy had nothing on these riders. Flip flops are de rigueur, along with unstrapped helmets to comply with the law. And, unique in SE Asia they all wear thin jackets and sweaters backwards.

I wonder if it’s a rental? Maybe he’s too dumb to know how to ride safe, so he’s a tourist, or worse, an arrogant rider who has to be hip on his way to the emergency room, or morgue.

I can assure you - there are no scooter rentals anywhere in this part of Ohio. (" this ain't Key West!")
Now goat, tractor, combine and chicken rentals are found everywhere.
