I have a question. When buying new scooters, will the dealers come down below the MSRP price. On buying cars and other items you can get them down 10% or so.
What’s the best out the door price for the 150 super 8 that you have heard of? Yep

Dealers won't drop the MSRP price in these smaller, cheaper scooters like the Super 8 150x. However, they can give you discounts over destination charge, registration and doc fee.
There are two Kymco dealers where I live (San Diego) and when I bought my scooter, the first one quoted their best price at $3120 OTD. Drove down to the second dealer and they quoted me $2490 OTD so I closed the deal instantly. Here is what I paid for:
2018 Super 8 150x: $2,099.00
Delivery Charge: $298.00
DMV Registration: $129.00
Doc Fee: $65.00
DISCOUNT: -$279.53
--------------------------------------------
Sales Tax (8.25%) +$178.53
TOTAL: $2,490.00

Looks like they dropped the set-up fees?
Yep - really cool to get more than one dealer in the game when shopping.
I have purchased scooter from a dealer 97 miles away - when same scooter was avail. 5 miles distant. $1850.00 difference after the delivery fee.
I use "Internet pricing"!
