Title: Agility 50 BBasic tools for Routine maintenace
Post by: Moonwreck on April 26, 2018, 01:26:42 PM
Hi All,
I want to do my own maintenance and I want to buy just a limited set of tools for that. I notice that the tools that come with the scooter DO NOT have the wrench for oil and transmission fluid change. Beside the wrench for fluids, what other indispensable tool do I need to do Basic maintenance myself?
Thanks

My fave tools are a set of 1/4" drive metric sockets, from 8mm up, plus lots of extensions.  Some long screw-drivers to reach hard-to-get screws.  A 3/8 drive socket set with a 5/8" deep sparkplug socket and a 17mm socket for the oil drain. A 1/2" electric impact wrench with some bigger sockets for the clutch, variator, and wheel nut removal jobs.  Then there's some specialized wrenches like a 39mm spanner for the clutch (41mm on some models),  multi-meter for checking the wiring, tire spoons for removing tires.
