Question when lining up T.D.C on the fly wheel do the "T" or the line before the "T" need to be lined up with the "v" in order to be at  top dead center on a Kymco Super 8 150

Your picture looks good....the T I always assumed is telling you that line is the one you want for TDC. Other marks are for other things.
And two marks on sprocket are flush with casing? Big hole straight up?
And you can feel some slight movement in valve rocker arms, yes?
