Title: Where is the new XTown 300 ABS made?

Anyone seen that info in the specs for this new scooter?
I'm thinking China, hence the $3999 price tag.
Also, any such info on the new LIKE150I ABS?
Thinking China as well, due to its low price.

I thought everyone knew that everything is made in China, if not now, then later, once they have made a copy.

Certain Kymcos are made in Taiwan. ....others in China.
The new X300ABS, and the new LIKE150iABS are made in which country?

I know my Like 200i was made in China, I was disappointed at that fact upon purchases as I spent some time in Taiwan a few years back where I first discovered KYMCO, SYM and scooter culture in general. That said my Like has been very reliable so far and seems well built, so despite my affinity for Formosa I really can't complain. 

As for the X-Town 300 ABS and the new Like I am unsure of where they are produced, though I know the 400i is currently being produced in Taiwan.

I miss that island, between its natural beauty and traffic laws seemingly designed for two wheels, it really is a scooter heaven.

I would imagine that the factories in mainland China, being managed by the same company, would still be producing to high standards, no?

Anyone anywhere can produce good products if the engineering is good and the quality control is well managed. Some Volvos are now made in China. ;)

Kymco has 3 factories, 2 in Taiwan. One in China. All including the China factory are owned and operated by Kymco and managed by Kymco.
For the USA, The Agility’s, Super 8’s, Like 150/200 and XTown are produced in the China factory. Only the Compagno’s and X400 are produced in Taiwan. Note that other models for other countries may be produced in either China or Taiwan. All ATV & Side x Sides are produced in Taiwan
