Pulled off the VIN cover on the neck of my Sento 50 and there is no VIN stamped there. >:( There does not appear to be any scratching or removal of the VIN so I am wondering if there is somewhere else I can check...
It's not stamped on the engine or frame anywhere that I can find...
Thoughts?

Owner's manual does not show you?
On my Kymco LIKE200i I found the VIN where you looked, and also found it on a metal tag on frame by looking up under side body panel with a flash light. Showed VIN and month and year of manufacture.

It says it will be under the plastic VIN panel, but it was not there. It also doesn't show any signs of tamper or removal so that's why I am confused.
I've looked on most of the frame but can't seem to find anything...
Manual doesn't say much other than to check under the VIN panel. Will an engine block number work for title?

ok, i had to lay on back, with flashlight to find the silver tag with my scoot's birth date, and VIN. Way up under body panel.
Failing that, I'd use kymco web site to contact them with your question.

My VIN tag is under the arse end below the rear turn signal. It's because the VIN has to be visible to the coppers, without the use of tools.
