Title: 3 spare connections inside LIKE battery box.

  the black one should be the diagnostic port, the other two check for power in them with lights switches and turn switches ,.  and the key , open the metin box ( seat )check for light.,

This has come up before...
Yep black is kymco diagnostic tool, the pink gets grounded for some sort of a re-set which I did years ago,  the other is I think used by kymco when they set up the scooter at factory....but  I might be delirious...... Will look it up and report back after coffee.

TPI/ABV Reset
Early Models
 
The throttle position sensor (TPS) and idle air bypass valve (ISC) have to be reset when throttle body, MAP, TPS, ISC or ECU have been reinstalled.
 
 
 
1. Turn off the vehicle, then turn the key to the ON position (do not start the engine).
 
2. Using a test probe or wire jumper, short the TPS/ISC reset wire (pink) to the battery negative or a vehicle ground.
 
3. Turn key switch to the OFF position and remove the jumper. Do not leave the TPS/ISC reset wire grounded to the frame, and do not remove the plastic insulator on the end of the wire.
