Usually this tiny spot has a car in it.
Just for the heck of it I popped in here for a picture.
Over the past 40 years this bit of architecture has been too many restaurants, galleries and shops to count.
There is a marvelous walled dining courtyard in the rear, with rustic pavers and fountains.
I would frequent it more often - but they don't do coffee.

When I read the title I thought it was about parking areas for bikes and scooters. In Adelaide the council has set up many areas for free parking that are either along the road or in an area off the road. It has proven to be very successful as you can park all day long for free and it helps with congestion.
