Is there a site where I can download a copy of the People 150 service manual? The only one I'm seeing is a defunct link to Kymcospareparts.com

Sorry about that. It does contain some servicing details but you probably want a full tear-down manual. You can get one for a fee at Cyclepedia.com. They sell subscriptions for online use and also printed versions of their manuals. The one for the People 125/150 is on sale presently for $19.95.

Ebay lists a service manual for the People 150, by cyclepedia, printed, for $30 and free shipping.
Good investment when shops charge $100 an hour.....
