Hi all, thanks for adding me to this forum. I own a 2003 kymco vivio 125 which I have owned for the past year and a half. Was bought new after 14 years of sitting at a dealership. Ive never had any issues with the bike but now its got an issue with the charging system. The battery is going flat and when tested with a multimeter and revved up instead of going higher it was going lower at a point were it got at 9.6v. What could the issue be? How can i test parts and from where can I start? I was told that it could be the rectifier/regulator that is not charging the battery. Its only got 7500kms on the engine. Thanks all :)

Tyres are brand new. Belt will be changed soon.

Battery was replaced by the dealership before I bought it. At least thats what the dealer said.

Read how much power the battery has, and bring it back to the dealership with any problems you encounter before trying to fix it yourself.
