I'm looking to know which Screw adjusts idle, and which for fuel/air, I've attached a pic of the same carb. Thanks

Hello Tim and welcome to the forum. The screw in the very middle is the idle adjustment. The one at the very bottom is a bowl drain and the one to the left of the idle, closest to the intake, is your air mixture . Hope this helps.

Nit Picking but....The screw you call the air mixture screw is actually called a Fuel Mixture Screw. if the screw is on the intake side of the slide it's a Fuel screw, if on the airbox side of the slide it's an Air Screw.
