Or in Canada?
Called my dealer the other day - they of course said they have no word on the 2017 LIKE. Moreover, they were not aware it would be any different that last year's model.
Wanted me to come see the ones they have in stock.
My son finds the same lack of knowledge in the salesman when he goes to talk new bikes with them. Sometimes they do have the new bike in stock - but they know nothing about it.
Makes us both wonder what the salesman are doing between those few times a week when they are dealing with a sale. If they even glanced through a motorcycle mag they would have some knowledge of new bikes.
I have NO expectations when I go to look at scooters with these guys.
"That's a sweet ride, there!" is the extent of their knowledge when standing over a scooter.
Fortunately, for both of us - they've no recollection of saying that to me for four years.
Now, I do find that the parts counter guys know stuff - it is evident that they all actually ride bikes.
I met with the parts manager and had a good discussion about the proper lubricants for my new Piaggio.
And, because I've been to his counter for oil for 3 different scooters before - he gave me employees pricing for the Belray oil I purchased.

Funny that Stig. I went for a ride yesterday and decided to look at a few dealers out of the city and one of the dealers, a Royal Enfield dealer who also sells a couple of the less known brands also sells Kymco and had no idea about the 150i. He was also telling me about getting in a small chinese bike to compete against the Honda Grom but I didn't bother telling him about the Kymco Spade.

According to my dealer, the Like 150's are due in the USA late September, early October.

When I purchased my Like LX the dealer did not know an LX model existed.

Saw one at Amerivespa but that was a pre-release sample.
The new Kymco dealer in Kirkland WA, Buttera Motors had it, & lists it on their site.

Seemed like a nice bike, but I like what you picked up better personally.

Ok, that's the old LIKE200i. ...I guess they're calling the new LIKE150i a 2018.
I think that 2017 is now showing a list price drop of $100 or so.
The 2nd generation LIKE's I've seen are listed as pre-orders. Seems they're not here yet.
(have also seen new 1st gen. being sold for $1999.00)
(and, yes, I've been waiting impatiently for that new LIKE150i....but always wanted a big wheel scooter. The Piaggio had everything I wanted. Not much else avail., since the Honda SH were dropped, and Kymco not selling the People One here - a scooter I really like! )

They did have the new one at the show. It was definitely a bit different. smaller, a bit nicer looking IMHO.
Didn't get to test ride it or anything fun like that though.

I saw one at the AIMExpo.
