Title: 150 velocity scooter

 this seems to be a china made scooter. what web sites do i need to find parts/looking for suggestion. thanks

It appears that the Velocity 150 is manufactured by ZNEN a very large Chinese corporation building scooters and ATVs for many brands. The engine is most likely a GY6 for which a lot of parts are available online. The biggest problem with these "branded" scooters is that many repair shops will not touch them. If you are a fairly good DIY mechanic they are serviceable and can be reasonably reliable.

Bad boy, I bought my first Chinese scooter about 4 years ago. Znen Venice 150. I have ordered parts from partsforchinesescooters and a couple of others, there are many. I knew nothing about scooters. Now I am a Chinese scooter technician. If you have any mechanical ability, it is fairly easy. Just make sure that you order the right parts for the right model..
