Hello,
i have problem at idle I have very rough shaking on my DT, at acceleration no shaking just at idle. What can cause shaking? Can be from belt or something else? Or is normal ? I have 19000 km.

It is the belt slapping around because it is loose and worn out. Kymco recommends changing the belt every 20,000lm

I bet it's worse with the left brake lever pulled in......
Or it goes any if you hold a stop with the right lever.
Give it a try.

Not just a Kymco quirk. My Kymco and Helix shake if I hold the rear brake while stopped. Great idea AMAC!

The shaking with the rear brake applied is normal.
You're transferring the vibrations directly thru the chassis of the bike.

It is the same with rear break.
I dont know isto the best way to go servis now or wait servis on 20000km?

Go to service NOW if you are concerned.

The engine could also be idling rough. Since it's running fine at speed, vacuum leak or a low idle setting come to mind.

I change rollers, belt, adjust walves but still have this ubnormal vibration but only on the front side of scoot.
When scoot is on central stand vibrations are so high that the led lights stop working and start again. What can cause vibrations? Is it possuble engine holder? But rear side of scoot are not shaking so much. Can muffler be a problem?
Vibrations stop when is more than 4000revs. On idle i have 1500revs.

Could you make us a video?
It might be the front engine mounts....but a video would help pin it down.
Can you remove underseat bucket and then watch the engine running - to see if it is shaking?

On idle i have 1500revs.
Your idle revs might be too high. This happened too a guy with a smaller scooter I met earlier this week. His idle revs were too high, so the CVT belt was almost at the point of engaging the driving system .

I have Malossi Multivar 2000. Is it possible that he can do problems?
Engine dosen't shake same like front end. When you look or touch front end feeling is it like engine is in the front ;D
I will upload video.
It all seems to me that the engine cloggings and then transmits vibrations but engine does not shake so much :-\

1500 rpm idle is a bit slow (1700 is normal) Try increasing idle speed a smidge to see if you have a resonance that goes away at a higher idle speed. On the center stand It's OK for the rear wheel to turn a bit at idle, as long as the bike doesn't want to move when you are on it and stopped at a light. You should be able to sit on it and not feel it trying to move when stopped, ie, not need the brake to keep it stopped.

Kind of agree here....if idle is a little low on most any engine it will shudder a bit --- then smooth right out at speed.

I think you can remove the throttle end free play at the throttle body - in effect 'giving it a little gas' at opposite end of throttle cable from the grip.
Me, first thing I'd do if this is indeed idling below specs is install the correct Iridium spark plug.
These plugs always improved my idle strength (speed?) somewhat.

The ISC, Idle Speed Control, a motorized valve that bypasses a CLOSED throttle plate admits enough air to keep the fire lit at idle. So when the computer senses the throttle is closed, this valve motors open. When you twist the throttle the ISC motors shut. A slow idle speed is "probably" caused by this valve not opening far enough or the passage is partially blocked.

Mine wants to move forward when stopped if I don't have my brake on. What do I need to check or replace to get it to not do that anymore? It has a pretty new belt, so maybe rollers? It is quite annoying and makes it pretty difficult to back up.

Idle speed is the easiest, quickest, most probable cause: slow engine idle speed down if you can. If that doesn't work, the next I would try is rollers: are they stock weight? While you are in the CVT inspect and possibly replace the belt. It isn't the cause of the creep but you don't want to have it break, right? Mine broke after 1000 miles because I bought a cheapo belt. (Just sharing my stupid mistake...)
