Title: Adjustable levers

Hello folks
I recently purchased a 2009 kymco venox for a girl and her hands are too small for the clutch and brake levers,I know theirs a lot of manufacturers out there, but I'm having a difficult time getting adjustable levers for this venox 250
Any leads ?

If anybody knows who has the same clutch and brake levers as the venox and has been able to swap these parts with a different bike,that'll help me out a lot.
I'm pretty sure the venox isn't the only bike these levers will fit
