Hey Snorvey. You just love stirring the pudding dont ya.  ;)  The U.S. already has a large and burdensome EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) department that in my view has more than enough regulations to protect our environment.  Allowing other sovereign nations to dictate our environmental policies by treaty is at best unnecessary and at worst a manipulation to "level the playing field" from a worldwide business point of view. That is, to put more restrictions on the U.S. than other member nations have to follow. I have to say, I agree with Trump on this one.

Ach Mr Paul, you know me so well :-)

As for other countries dictating policy your own policy, I hear ya. The UK hears ya. See 'Brexit'. .......Having ten (eleven? I lose count) carrier battle groups bobbing around the world's oceans sure helps in 'persuading' other countries to the US way of policy thinking though.

....and pollution and climate change? Well I'm not really bothered. The planet will outlast me and that's all I care about (selfish **** eh?)

'merica First man. Or I'll blow your head ******** off.

Ach, I love the Scottish brogue man! I believe that Americans should look out for American interests first, with the huge caveat that we keep our noses out of other nations affairs when they do not directly threaten ours. And of course vice versa.  Love your posts man.

If we can't have a laugh about it, then we'd probably all end up crying.

American Scooter-istas are the best.

I thought about that also Mr. Paul, but in this case I was referring to snorvey and tortoise, in a good natured way of course.

It is all good guys. Like Mr. Paul said I agree with Trump too. There are some of us Americans on this forum who actually did
vote for the man. The Paris accord had no muster to begin with. The agreement itself was non-binding. Our last president (whom I fell was the biggest wimp to ever be put in the peoples house) had no chance of being passed by Congress. For lowering emissions, it excluded the two biggest polluters on the planet, China and India. The United States would have to pick up %75 of the costs for this bill while other countries were feel to pay nothing.  All this bill is a  carbon tax on the very people it is trying to help get out of poverty. The elites continue to pollute the planet in their private yachts and jets.

Google Bilderberg 2017 and see who really runs all of our governments. Go to Infowars.com Wearechange.org, and The Rebel. ca for what is really going on behind the scenes of our governments.

You are so right KingKymco 125. The Bilderbergers control virtually everything that happens in this country. They are the ones that told Nixon when it was time to leave the building. I think they gave up on Obama. When they are silent then they are happy with the way things are going. Since Pres. Trump took over there hasn't been a peek out of them. No one will ever know for sure, because they are ultra secretive, but they probably know more about why Hilary lost than the Russians could even imagine. Good to know someone has our back.

Ok, if we must, we'll take you lot back into our empire. Canada, you can come too.

We can have a Tea Party up north somewhere to celebrate.

Snorvey. I am glad you have a sense of humor. It is all good.  Let's start our own government and set our own rules.

I can say this. This is the most polite semi-political discussion that I've seen ANYWHERE. If WE ran the government, we'd get things done because we can disagree without demonizing one another.

Is it the SCOOTERS that do this? If so, I recommend that we give the president , congress, and the courts scooters to ride before they come together to legislate. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Maybe we should make President Trump take a scooter ride before he tweets. [emoji3][emoji3]

I am for all our government officials doing this. However, I would recommend they avoid the Chinese scooters at all costs. I had two Chinese 50's before I got my Kymco Agility 125cc in 2012. What a difference.  At least Kymco is about quality instead of just trying to make a quick buck.

Men who ride scooters are still men no matter what we are told. In no way does this make us less of a man. For me it has always been about the ride. Besides, there are things I can see and do my bike I could not do my car.

You know, I'll bet that if Trump were to comb his hair front to back, lake a normal person, he'd look like an old hippie. All in fun. He's doing a great job.

Here's a funny thing, I'm watching an episode of Star Trek Next Generation where Q turns Captain Picard into Robin Hood, then I click on your link and see another video of the same movie Robin Hood Men in Tights with Patrick Stewart as King Richard, lol.

All I can say is that we are better prepared when it comes to using our motor skills. I love my pops. I just spoke to him a little while ago and he got into another accident with his car. I know he has been taking some drugs for whatever he is going through. The sad thing is that he hit a parked car in the parking lot without realizing what happened. He is 82 and he might have to be tested for the skills test from the DMV.

Riding on two wheels gives us a better feel for the road. We can adept more to all the changing conditions around us. It is just that on our bikes we have to be more alert and defensive to what is around us. Since I began riding seven years ago, I personally feel I am a better driver because of having to be on two wheels without having a four wheel vehicle. When one is in their cage they have a sense of being safe. They become comfortable. On our bikes we do not the luxury of being comfortable. We have to constantly adjust to the changing weather conditions around us. This is why we have our winter and summer gear. Riding just makes us more prepared to anything that comes our way.

Maybe they should get Chinese scooters. My local Kymco dealer also sells Chinese scooters for those who are simply looking for something cheap. He says that if well maintained, they last around 4 years. Then they get thrown away because they are on little use. How about telling our politicians that when their Chinese scooter wears out, their term is over. Lol
