Title: Decided to Switch
Post by: Bryan on June 29, 2010, 02:34:03 PM
Hi Guys, I have just struck a deal with the Suzuki Dealer and traded my X500 in on a new Burgman 650 Exec. I have now done 6000km on the X500 and really enjoy the scoot. This has been a great forum and I enjoy keeping an eye on what the guys are up to and learned a lot as well, thanks. I have no serious issues with the bike just worried about the glazing of the clutch pads and the high speed weaving, but my biggest concern is that I am a bit tired of struggling to get any kind of response or service out of the local Kymco Dudes. The Burgman has been my dream scooter for a while now so I have decided to go for it. Kind Regards from Durban RSA.

For the $'s involved I TOTALLY understand your choice! Perhaps you could send a letter to the higher ups in your area to fill them in on the issues you have had, and it MAY help down the road for the next fella. Let us know how you like the new wheels!
