Do the video search Robo, I was surprised to see how many ways this NOODOE app/idea is being sold!

Post by: ScooterWolf on May 06, 2017, 11:36:22 PM: So I have a few questions. Does this require the rider to have a cell phone, or is there a monthly charge for an internet connection? Will the upgrades be presented to the rider when the bike is in motion, or only when it was come to a full stop? if not, it may create a needless (and dangerous) distraction. I like the idea of this being available for scooters and not for MCs (for the moment) as it may give scooters a more modern and appealing feel than a motorcycle.
