Off Road Body Armor has finished developing the Slim Roof for the Kymco UXV 450i. An overwhelming amount of UXV 450 owners have had issues with there factory roof not allowing them to park in there garage. This eliminates that issue. Made with 20g steel and a black powder coat finish. Also comes with foam tape to add as a barrier between the roof and the roll bars to eliminate any possible vibration noise. $249.99 with free shipping. Very nice. I have the factory roof but you're right about tight clearance. I'll have to check my headroom. I'm 6' 4".

Im 6'2" I fit just fine but wearing a helmet may be a different story for us taller guys.

Just ordered an enclosed trailer to haul my 450i, Had to go with a 7' tall inside ht to clear the doorway and ceiling!!! Darn trailer is taller than wide, but it will keep my baby safe when traveling.

Ya I would love to get an enclosed trailer for my Kymco and all of my accessories to go to off road events to promote. But gotta pay the loans off that I started the business with first in order to afford one. But Rome wasnt built over night so hopefully within the next couple years ill be in the green. That is until I start developing more products. Lol

Hard to believe you guys have head room clearance issues, to me it seems tall. I have tons of head room even with a helmet, but I am only 5'6". Often wondered how much trouble it would be to shorten the roll cage......then I went ahead and bought the trailer so makes no difference now. By the way the roof looks good !! Just like all your products.

The roof looks awesome Kurt! I'll have one in the future! Sure looks good on that camo. Makes me wish I would of gotten camo like I initially sat out to do. But ol red is just fine. Couldn't pass up that deal.

Lol. No definitely not. I just like Kymco products so much that I like making accessories for them. Plus the Kymco aftermarket accessory market is small and I wouldn't be able to compete with some of the other brands. Gotta start somewhere.
