Title: Best top box for kymco 350i downtown?

Hi

Can anyone recommend a good top box for my Kymco 350i? Don't want to spend a lot but don't want to buy rubbish either.

Best value for money is Bestem 929 at Bestem USA. I've had 2 and no compliants or issues except brake light wires are very thin and mine broke as one side of my lighting on the box stopped working. The Bestem is great bang for the buck, & I've not had any major problems with mine save in heavy rain.  I had a bit of seep at one point.
That said I prefer my SH40 (Shad), it went across the country through serious storms, no issues.  No brake light on though.  They do have an add on you can put on the rack, or you can rig something yourself (kinda what I'm think'n).; however I've been having issues getting a (unnamed for now) dealer getting me the correct (non-cargo) variant.
If you decide to get one PM me and I'll name the dealer so you can choose someone else to buy from.

Check at Tour and Ride, they often have clearance and closeout deals on Givi and their other less expensive brand Kappa. Looks like you might get a deal on the Monolock top case mount for under $70. I just recently bought a 37 liter case that was on clearance for a good deal for $70 and I bought the light kit and passenger back rest.
