I think it was posted here before right after it happened. Good to see he will have time to think about what he did that day. Two wrongs don't make a right. It pisses me off to see motorcyclists riding stupid and breaking the law but this guy had no right to take the law into his own hands and potentially kill people over it.

I do agree the that rider was doing a dumb maneuver on a couple accounts, but also agree that does not obviate assault and battery even if the psycho's original intent had been just to swerve and scare vs. actually maim. I kinda doubt that but we've all seen that behavior I'm sure.
At age 70ish now with up to 15 years (no fewer than three served) I hope that if/when he gets out they issue him a permanent bus pass and no DL; although allowing him a moped would also be somewhat poetic.
