Title: charging issues

hi I was hoping someone could help please.
I'm having charging issues i have a kymco agility rs 125.
I have tried a new earth cable, new battery and a regulator rectifier non of which has helped.
once I have charged the battery I'm only getting an hour max ride out of it.

any help would be hugely appreciated.

it looks like the stator- generator is not putting out a charge ,.  should be 14 volts,  check your manual for your scooter,

I would expect more than an hour of run time from a new battery with fresh charge.
My guess would be there is a short or some other problem besides alternator output.
