Title: Luggage rack/top case

In the market for a luggage rack/top case for my Xciting 250 - wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations?  Prefer for it to be lockable; truthfully the larger the better (I have a messenger bag I'd love to be able to fit inside of it).  Thanks as always!

Givi cases are the best but they are too expensive for me. I would recommend this one;
