New to doing mechanic work on scooters. Replacing my drive belt and noticed the roller weights seem to have wear. Appear to be flat on one or more surfaces. Do these need to be replaced? Having a hard time figuring out what I should be replacing them with size and weight wise. Also the drive pulley face is looking a bit rough. Thinking maybe I should replace the whole assembly. Would like to get a decent after market assembly. Sources?? Want to be confident I am getting the right parts. Suggestions and advice most appreciated.

you can go to an OEM parts website (kymcopartsmonster.com) and look up the drawings for your needed parts...and buy them or find the weight of your rollers and find something on ebay / amazon, etc. that will work for you.
Kymco factory parts will be more expensive than the generic GY6 parts that are readily available.

How do I figure out what size and weight rollers I should be installing if I want to go after market parts?

Contact www.buggypartsnw.com (http://www.buggypartsnw.com) .
They stock Dr Pulley parts.
Should be able to help you.

looks like Stig beat me to it...but another option (if they can't help) is to find your OEM roller info on a site such as kymcopartsmonster....then do a search using the supplied part code...some detective work but it usually yields results.
here's a screen capture of your scoot's variator and clutch (if the attachment works!)
