Title: Kick start a Grand Vista?

Is there a kick start mechanism anywhere on this fine (but not reliably holding charge/starting, in my case) scooter?

  it is Xmas ask Santa for a booster ,   and keep it charged all the time after boosting, not good to leave any battery discharged,. that is for long life,.  when you use it to boost, leave it hooked up for the ride,to recharge, on scooters,  cars charge to much to fast,
