Hey guys,
Recently I have changed my jetting and ever since then my Leovince exhaust is unbearably loud, I can`t drive comfortably for longer that 10 mins, and at the end of the day my ears are buzzing like a bee on caffeine. I changed my exhaust back to the original but boy do I miss the nice sound from the Leovince.
Does anyone know how to make it a bit less loud? I haven`t got the DB-killer anymore.

not sure why jetting would cuase different sound cept for bogging or sputtering is it a 2T or 4T?

Four-stroke. Bogging/sputtering isn`t happening, the exhaust is just really loud. I used to run a tad lean on the original (80) jet tho, when I ran that the sound was bearable. Now it really isn`t without good plugs+helmet hehe

Your neighbors will also appreciate you finding a fix.
Very refreshing to find someone who thinks their loud scooter is loud.
Good luck with this.

Just totally cut apart my stock muffler and rebuilt it after owning it a month. It's way better than stock. I have a 2014 w a BBK and big carb (how I got it). I drilled holes in the muffler and that helped... But loud and annoying. Now I cut it all apart, gutted the muffler, ported the head pipe, and ran straight 1in drilled pipe through a shortened muffler w steel wool and glass packing... Way deeper, quieter sound and way better flow. Loud isn't always fast.... If u got 6hrs and a welder, a grinder, a drill press, and an undying desire to hot rod anything u touch.... It's "easy" haha. But mine looks stock, down to the new inner fender mount and trimmed heat shield.
